Seeking Comfort

With my intention to evoke a comforting prayer, I turned to AI and posed this request:
“Act like a spiritual teacher hypnotherapist and write a nondenominational prayer evoking comfort, peace and affirmations of self-care all in the name of love”
A Prayer for Peace, Comfort, and Self-Care - In the Name of Love
Beloved presence of peace,
Source of all compassion and calm—
I welcome this moment as sacred.
I breathe deeply, and with each breath, I return home to myself.
In this stillness, I release the weight I do not need to carry.
I soften my body.
I quiet my mind.
I open my heart.
May comfort wrap around me like warm light, gentle and unconditional,
reminding me that I am safe, I am whole, I am enough.
I affirm now:
I deserve rest.
I deserve kindness.
I deserve to care for myself with the same devotion I offer to others.
Each breath I take nourishes my spirit.
Each moment of stillness renews my soul.
Each act of self-love becomes a seed of healing in the garden of my being.
If fear arises, may I greet it with tenderness.
If sorrow surfaces, may I cradle it in compassion.
If resistance speaks, may I listen with patience.
I choose love over striving.
I choose presence over perfection.
I choose to treat myself as someone sacred.
May this prayer echo in my heart
through all moments of noise and quiet,
of joy and weariness.
And as I rise from this moment,
may I carry peace within me
and extend it gently to the world—
always, in the name of Love.
Amen.
And so it is.
Let it be.
