Living While Mortal is an opportunity to explore mortality in community. Through educational discussions, conversation, and reflection, you will have space and support to learn, share, and deepen your understanding of what death means to you and how you want to approach death -- particularly your own.
​
Living While Mortal invites participants to attend one, many, or all the offered sessions. All sessions are free of charge and held in an accessible building. Light refreshments will be provided.

Sessions will typically run about 2.5 hours long, and will be co-facilitated by Pryde resident, Shirley Riga, Death Doula and Spiritual Director, along with support from fellow Death Doula, Minda Sanchez.
On-going virtual meditation - Sitting in the Power
​Join me in meditation on Saturday mornings at 8am EST via Zoom. ​Sitting in the power helps expand your consciousness and build a closer relationship with your Higher Self, with your Soul and with your guides. Free. From 8am to 8:30ish Eastern time. Join live link here.
Ongoing Reiki Healings Sessions
Reiki treatments available at the Walpole Council on Aging. Once a month, fifteen minutes for $10. Location is 60 South Street, Walpole, MA 02081. Register by calling the center (508) 668-3330 ​
