I am the one who is calm, peaceful, and serene. I witness "what is," and am curious. I am able to rise above "whatever is," and be at one with the Divine.


The wisdom I bring you is that serenity and equanimity are available to you when you are centered, grounded, and connected with the inner strength of your essence. In serenity, you are able to experience a quiet joy.


I want you to relax, smell the flowers, find a place of rest in yourself, and let yourself "be." Enjoy your peace of mind that comes when you release your hold on expectations, judgments, and control. 


I arrive at this time as your spiritual path is leading you to serenity. At this place on your path, you are able to witness current reality and accept "that for which you have no control." You are learning to pause without reacting, and choosing "if" and "how" you want to respond. Becoming serene, in spite of life's challenges, will remove most of the stress from your life.


I want you to remember to give yourself permission, in other words "allow" a sense of relaxation to come over you. Let yourself go deeply into a sense of calm.

The symbols you can use to remind you of my message are the foundational rows of lavender. Inhaling the lavender scent is known to be calming, stress reducing, and relaxation promoting.

May this pause be a soft landing, 

For your breath, your bones, your being. 

May you notice what lifts and lightens:

Quiet joy, the unexpected ease. 

May you name what weighs and withers:

The ache, the absence, the unraveling.

And in the space between, may the Spirit speak.

With a gentle invitation

To turn toward deeper Love,

Pure self, and the next faithful step.
