Week 107 - Sitting in the Power

Prayer Challenge

The power of the spoken word is beyond understanding. The spoken word can be spoken out loud or spoken privately within. The words we use to speak to ourselves shape our experiences.  

Positive words make us strong. Negative words make us weak. Bottom line, be aware of your inner dialogue.

Below are two prayers you can read silently to yourself or out loud. Both ways have the same effect. Whether you believe the words, they do hold the exquisite power of positivity. So fake it till you make it.

A challenge is put before you to create a new habit. Read each prayer to yourself before you rise every morning and before you go to sleep at night. You are retraining your brain. Choose one for morning and one for night. Do not attach your negative thoughts of why this will not work. It will work if you work it.

A habit can be created in 21 days. Practice the prayers below and watch the changes in your thinking. Do not give up on yourself. You are worth the effort.

THERE IS AN ENERGY WITHIN EACH OF US THAT IS THE CREATIVE POWER OF SPIRIT.  IT IS THE ELEMENTAL ENERGY WITHIN ALL LIFE, WITHIN THE WARMTH OF THE SUN, WITHIN THE EAGERNESS OF NEW FLOWERS, WITHIN EACH ATOM OF MY BODY.  MY LIFE, IN ALL ITS COMPLEXITY, IS SIMPLY AN EXPRESSION OF THE ONE ENERGY.  I RECOGNIZE UNITY WITH MYSELF AND THE ONENESS OF LIFE.  I COMPLETELY BELONG IN THE ONE.

TODAY I OPEN MY MIND AND MY HEART TO SEE MY WHOLE SELF.  I SEE HEALTH.  I SEE MEANINGFUL RELATIONSHIPS.  I NOTICE HARMONY AND GROWTH.  WHETHER OR NOT IT COMES IN MEASURABLE FORM, I KNOW I AM SUPPORTED AND LOVED FOR I AM ONE WITH THE INFINITE UNIVERSE.

I AM GRATEFUL FOR ALL THAT I HAVE.  I AM GRATEFUL FOR WHO I AM.  AS I FLOAT IN GRATITUDE, MY ENERGETIC FREQUENCY RISES TO ATTRACT THAT WHICH I DESIRE.  EVERYTHING SERVES ME FOR MY HIGHEST GOOD AND THE WELL-BEING OF OTHERS.

I RELEASE THIS PRAYER TO THE CREATIVE ENERGY OF SPIRIT.  I SHIFT INTO ACCEPTANCE AND I’M READY TO RECEIVE LIFE’S BLESSINGS.

I call on my body wisdom

My higher self

I am that I am

My true self

All personality aspects

My angels, masters,

Guides and teachers,

Beings of light and love

5^th dimension and above.

To guide, bless, surround

And protect me

Throughout this day

Through this night

For all times of my being.

I AM ENOUGH JUST AS I AM.
