Yesterday was a day in my history. I lived without a net. I stayed in the present. I didn’t look forward or back. It was a free day.

I am grateful for the sunshine today. Sunshine has broken free from the darkness. June has broken free from May. And it’s a new day!

For years I have been telling myself a story that begins on my first birthday when my sister was born with a hole in her heart.

We are on a journey. A mini incubator of life. Each of us seeks support because we've been broken open by pain. There's more to life.

No thought police will come to arrest me for believing what I want to believe. No one has a right to tell me what I know in my heart is true

I recognize when I feel overwhelmed and confused, it’s good. My brain struggles with this new concept and it doesn’t know what to do with it

Practice takes patience and trust, a clear direction and repetition over and over again until acceptance erases the fight.
