As a member of Spiritual Directors’ International, I participated in a Native American Spirituality workshop. The messages were profound.

I started calling on angels to help with doctor’s appointments with my daughter. I wanted support, from the car ride to the exam room.

On this marked day of renewal for life, for love, for all sentient beings on this Earth, I offer this prayer.

Covid is looking in my window. I experience a guided meditation early this morning, and tears welled up. I choose to face my fear.

I know there are things you want. I know you want to be in charge. But integration is called for. It feels like death but it is not.

I breathe in patience and breathe out compassion. I stand as one with my spirit and human body, guided by my soul. I am whole.

Awakened by images this morning at 3:33, I thanked the angel who disturbed my sleep. Life unfolds day by day, lesson by lesson.

It’s been quite the time, the past 365 days. It takes commitment to look into my soul and remember integrity defines me, not fear.

When I’m a funk, I send out an SOS to my Higher Power for more understanding and comfort. Then I let go my request so I don't weigh it down.

Like the ocean, we ebb and flow in both sides of life: love and fear. We hold the wisdom to stand steady and allow the flow of love and fear

The breaking open reveals the doors to love and fear, the paradox of life. Both are always present because we are human and we are spirit.

I feel a sense of belonging in this beloved community, I prioritize this time and work my schedule around it.

Silence helps me make heart-centered choices. Silence becomes fuller with practice. Silence is the key to filling my inner void.
