Life gets really crusty when my fear turns into a wall and I go around in circles. I’ve witnessed before and remedy it by taking action.

I’ve lived looking for others to complete me, changing my appearance, my goals, my attitudes, my beliefs. Multiply this concept by billions.

I breathe in patience and breathe out compassion. I stand as one with my spirit and human body, guided by my soul. I am whole.

What does the silence sound like? In our silence we listen and wait to hear truth. I recognize it when I feel goosebumps. Truth has no time.

Allowing myself to feel my deep emotions is a key. It’s up to me to find a safe place with an intention to feel my pain.
