I can’t make sense of the struggles that befall people. My life changed because I found lessons in everything I experienced.

When I listened to reflections, I felt myself become an observer of me listening. I live more with the dualism of being human and spirit.

My silence is a gift. My mind is a gift. My heart is a gift. My human vessel is a gift. I am in charge of rising. I am in charge.

I'm like a catcher. I choose what to accept or deny by gesturing with signals. The pitcher is life with its various fast & slow pitches.

I trust authentic people, authentic circumstances. I feel safe when I witness humanness, not an air-brushed version.
