Growing older indeed involves growing wiser. I learn from each challenge instead of resisting. It’s the flow in and out that’s important.

I’ve decided to put a wall mirror in my meditation room. Nothing fancy. Just something I can gaze at to reinforce my accountability.

When I'm in the unfamiliar, I disappear. I steady my breath. Today, I step over the threshold into my alignment.
