Starting a morning meditation

With everything shutting down and everyone social distancing, I was guided to start a morning meditation. I meditate everyday and it came to me that this would be helpful to share this with others. We start with a quick welcome and then are silent for 15 minutes. Afterwards, you can share if you wish.
